From my first interview applying for MIT 2021 up to now, my challenge focus continues to change as it grows clearer.
Step 1: Identify the challenge impacting achievement that I want to focus on in 2021 through the MIT design thinking process?
My challenge with teaching Year 4's & 5's, steamed from my observations as well as their results/data. Our ESOL (English for speakers of other languages) or emerging bilingual learners, found it difficult to decode or connect with allocated text independently.
